Lisa Morgan, Property Manager, CAM, Realtor 20+ years with Newman-Dailey Born in Cherry Point, NC, Lisa graduated high school and earned her AA degree in McComb, MS. After moving to the Emerald Coast in Dec 1993, she discovered she had a talent for property management. In October 2003, Lisa joined the Newman-Dailey team and has been taking a leadership role at the company ever since.
As a certified Community Association Manager (CAM) and licensed Realtor, Lisa understands all facets of property management and specializes in helping owners enhance the value of their real estate investment through upgrades and improvements that make each vacation rental home more desirable for rentals and resale.
