Diane and Heather---thanks to both of you for working with so many of the partners to get the house in shape to sell and then finding a buyer and getting the deal closed.  Your help on what needed to be done to improve the marketability was invaluable.  I know we invested quite a bit of money in the house in the last 6 months but that investment in paint, flooring, furniture, etc. made it possible to finally sell the house (in my opinion) and I think will help it remain a valuable asset to the NDRP rental program.  I know the entire partnership was also very impressed with your marketing efforts ( for example—the open houses, the “survey” completed when you had 10-20 realtors visit one day and the excellent photographs).  Lastly, there was a lot of negotiating that needed to be completed in the last couple of months to deal with a number of issues (the bad door, fogged windows, etc.).  Thanks for working with the buyer’s agent to find an acceptable outcome for us and the new buyer.  I also realize dealing with multiple individuals made everything even more challenging.  You two hung in there and got the deal across the finish line.
