Working with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties Inc. since 2018, she began in the Vacation Rental division, attained her Real Estate Sales License, and advanced to Real Estate Sales Manager. Leading the real estate division, Melissa aims to facilitate a flawless experience for our homebuyers and investors. As a licensed real estate agent, she understands both the needs of buyers and sellers as well as how to best support Newman-Dailey’s experienced team of real estate agents.
Her extensive experience in customer service and her passion for people is what drives Melissa as she builds relationships within the workplace and the community. She has become an enthusiastic ambassador of Newman-Dailey’s company culture, diverse client services, and community service.
From Pensacola to Panama City Beach, Melissa considers all of the beach communities part of her backyard. “I really love to explore and be knowledgeable about all of our area and the many offerings available to our residents and visitors alike. From the beach to the north side of the Choctawhatchee Bay, I take pride in knowing the many facets of this region. I believe you must live the dream first in order to sell it.”
In her personal time, Melissa enjoys paddleboarding, fishing, gardening, music, cooking, party planning, and anything involving the outdoors.
