Carolyn D Di Febo

Real Estate Agent

After a career in law enforcement, all it took was a vacation to the Emerald Coast and Carolyn Difebo and her 3 young sons were packed up and leaving Beaufort, South Carolina.  Now almost 30 years later, she still appreciates calling Destin home.

Carolyn started her busy real estate career as a licensed assistant to some of the top Realtors® in the Destin area and has been a licensed Realtor® since 1992.  A quick study, she learned the real estate business and the local market.  Soon she was running several markets and training new agents.  Her vast experience and education in the field make her a valuable asset to her clients. In addition she owns investment properties with her Realtor® husband, providing valuable experience and insight that she is able to pass along to her clients. She is also a problem-solver and a people person – two valuable traits for a successful Realtor®.

Earning the top sales agent in the fourth quarter of 2017, Carolyn knows Destin and the local real estate market.  Carolyn is also active in the Destin community and supports American Cancer Society Relay for Life, The United Way, Rotary Club of Destin, and Children’s Miracle Network, among others. She enjoys mentoring students and has been a mentor in the Take Stock in Children Program, which follows a student from middle school through high school graduation and beyond, and has been a Foreign Exchange Student host.

As a member of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors® as well as the National Association of Realtors®, Carolyn works with both buyers and sellers.  Let her experience and expertise guide you when you’re listing, buying or ready to close!

Carolyn is a proud holder of the Military Relocation Professional Certification.

What Others Are Saying About Carolyn D

Excellent Service!

"I am writing this note to praise the excellent personal service Carolyn DiFebo provided to me and my mother, particularly given several obstacles – (1) Mom being a remote seller; (2) The property occupied with “snowbirds” during the sell; (3) Completing the inspection punch-list under a very-short completion window; and, (4) Multiple buyers who liked to circumvent the rules.
Without going into uninteresting details on the challenges listed above, let me say Carolyn kept a positive attitude, remained professional and kept the sale alive by taking initiatives throughout the process up to closing.
I can personally affirm Carolyn will be on your side of the table when you engage her as your real estate agent."
