Rita Castle

Rita Castle entered the Real Estate business 15 years ago specializing in sales of recreational land for vacation and primary homes. Originally from New York, Rita has beenresiding in the state of Florida for over 25 year.

Rita has called the Walton county area home for 5 years. Herproximity to the South West Walton county and knowledge of the area has madefor a natural transition to serving the Walton County Community. Ritaattributes much of her success to repeat business and many referrals from satisfiedclients. Her motto is “You don’t just simply post a listing to the MLS and hope for the best;   you’ve got to utilize every marketing tool available to the maximum extent for the client.” 

During her career Ritahas been active in real estate promotions for community development.  Her strong background in home design as an Auto Cad Technician led her to the Sales and design of High End Home Communities in Central Florida. Rita Castle is a Member of the Emerald Coast RealtorsAssociation and the National Association of Realtors.
