Jeanne Dailey

President and co-founder of Newman-Dailey Resort Properties in 1985; sole owner since 1988. Associate of Fine Arts Degree from Sienna Heights University; Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from East Carolina University. Florida licensed real estate broker since 1985. Florida licensed community association manager since 1989. Newman-Dailey currently employs over 50 professionals and agents, and manages twenty-five Destin area community associations.

Jeanne Dailey and Randy Newman co-founded Newman-Dailey Resort Properties in 1985. In 1988, she bought out her partner’s interest and became President and sole owner of the Real Estate Sales and Management Company; which has celebrated over 24 years in business. With a solid foundation in principle and integrity, Newman-Dailey has grown into one of the most prestigious privately owned Resort, Real Estate Sales and Property Management companies along the Emerald Coast. In 2007 and in 2008 Newman-Dailey was voted “Best of the Emerald Coast” in Vacation Rental Services!

Jeanne has not only had remarkable success with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties, but has remained a constant voice for the growth and prosperity of Destin. As a member of several civic boards and associations, president of a growing company, and single mother of two, Jeanne credits her success to positive energy, a close personal involvement in her company, community and family, and her valued employees.
