Becki Downs

Becki Downs has been an investor in Destin since 1997 after she and her family vacationed and fell in love with the Destin area. As a result of her love for the sugar white beaches and emerald waters, she and her family relocated to Destin in January 2006. Becki obtained her real estate license, and became a Realtor® in June of 2006. She specializes in investment property and secondary homes. Becki and husband Jim are also condo owners and love the Beaches of South Walton.

As a Realtor, Becki is a member of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
