Newman-Dailey Resort Properties’ Sales Division is pleased to announce its top producers for the Fourth Quarter 2009.

“We are very pleased to name Mark DeSalvo as the company’s top listing agent for the fourth quarter of 2009, he also was the top sales agent for the third quarter 2009,” said Jean Marie Waters, Newman-Dailey’s Office Manager for the Sales Division.  “In addition, we are proud to announce that Jerry Bielawski is our leading sales agent for the fourth quarter. He also was the top sales agent for the first and second quarters of 2009.”

Bielawski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Michigan State University. Following a rewarding career with Dow Chemical in sales and marketing, he moved to Destin. “Real estate was a natural progression for me. I enjoy working with people and assisting them as they define and achieve their real estate goals.”  Bielawski said.  He continues to exceed his client’s expectations with genuine personal commitment to customer satisfaction.

DeSalvo has worked in real estate sales at Newman-Dailey since moving to Destin almost 10 years ago. Originally from Little Rock Arkansas where he obtained his Arkansas Real Estate License in 1984. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arkansas. He is licensed as a Broker Associate in Florida and maintains a license in the state of Arkansas. He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI), and an Internet Professional (e-PRO). Memberships include: National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), Arkansas Realtors Association, and Little Rock Realtors Association. Currently he is President of the Emerald Coast Networking Group of Destin, Florida.
